So Chef! French Cuisine & Flair in South African Kitchen

So Chef! is coming back for a new edition. From the 9th to the 21st October, the diversity of French cuisine is back to South Africa.

Following the success of previous edition, So Chef! is back to celebrate the diversity of the French cuisine. This year it’s 4 top Chefs who will be in 7 cities : Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Maseru, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria. Through partnerships with the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Reunion Island, So Chef! will contribute to promote French gastronomy in all its finesse.

So Chef! is also celebrating the National Nutrition Week. This exciting gastronomy adventure joins forces of the Department of Basic Education, the French Institute of South Africa, and the French Embassy in South Africa, in order to promote nutrition education in schools. Through several workshops, learners will be provided with nutritious meals and also taught to establish and maintain good eating and lifestyle habits.
