An amazing week for So Chef ! in Cape Town.
From 16th to 20th of October 2017, Cape Town welcomed a French chef from Bourgogne Franche-Comté, Florian Py, who shared his passion for French cuisine with many young South African full of curiosity!
The Chef Florian Py, a French chef from Bourgogne Franche-Comté, shared his passion for French cuisine and brought his educational skills with him to South Africa. Teacher at the Lycée Hyacinthe Friant, he traveled more than 9000 km to come to awake the local young people to the French cuisine pleasures. The workshops have really taken off! All the participants seemed happy, smily and captivated by the Chef!
Remember, this year So Chef! in Cape Town offered several workshops in different schools : Boland College, at Stellenbosch, False Bay College, at Muizenberg, Sinethemba Secondary School, at Phillipi, Amy Biehl Foundation and also the French School of Cape Town. And, best of all, a public workshop, took place at the Alliance Française du Cap, where young and old alike were invited to participate.
So Chef! 2017 in Cape Town was very fun!
